Idol White consists of a special pen style applicator that contains a teeth whitening agent in the stem. You simply twist the pen to dispense the whitening gel. You then apply this to your teeth, using the special applicator on the end of the pen.

Our testers loved this product mainly because of it’s ease of use and convenience. After trying strips that won’t stick on and messy and annoying trays and gels, everyone raved about the how quick and easy this product is to apply.

Of course the number one factor to consider is: “Does it get the teeth white?”. Our reviewers were very satisfied with Idol White and found it very effective, with most testers getting noticeable results within days. After prolonged use nearly all our test subjects agreed this product drastically helped whiten teeth, and said they'd continue to use Idol White.

Some others came close, but none were as effective at getting teeth white as Idol White, and so it gains our number one position.

Tooth Whitening Super Store Teeth Whitening Kit is a teeth whitening product promoted as a ‘professional’ grade teeth whitening system, consisting of mouth trays which are filled with a syringe with a teeth whitening gel. The gel can be purchased in a range of different strengths, depending on how bad the staining or discoloration on your teeth is. This is all familiar ground, as there are many gel and tray systems out on the market, but this one adds another element, a funky laser light treatment.

Our testers praised the effectiveness of this treatment, with everyone reporting significant results within only a few days of use. After prolonged use, nearly all were happy with the level of whiteness in the teeth achieved.

Despite the Tooth Whitening Super Store Whitening Kit being effective and fast acting, many of our users found the application inconvenient and time consuming. Most who found the laser treatment element ‘cool’ to start with found after a few days it became a little tedious, as it adds significant time to the treatment process.

This and the slightly higher cost were the only things that held this teeth whitening treatment back, and it is otherwise a very effective product that does what it sets out to do.

Fast white is another gel and tray product, working in a similar way with the user applying a teeth whitening gel from a syringe to a mouth tray, which is then worn for 60 minutes while the gel does its work.

While Fast White did get positive results from most of our reviewers, almost all said the time it took to show a significant reduction in stains or teeth discoloration was much longer than the 5 days claimed on the website.

Fast White did have a couple of advantages over the similarly utilised products, it is a bit cheaper, and it also comes with an additional whitening toothpaste. It also comes with an antibacterial case for storing the mouth trays when not in use.

Unfortunately for Fast White, the product didn’t quite live up to its name. When comparing to our number one treatment, which takes less than five minutes per application, the 60 to 90 minutes required when using Fast White didn’t match our reviewer’s ideas of what is ‘fast’.

Nova White is another whitening gel system, using boil-and-bite trays and a gel that can be purchased in varying strengths, similar to the Tooth Whitening Super Store Kit. Unfortunately, Nova White could live up to the speed, cost or effectiveness of our other reviewed products, clocking in at the slowest to show results and also the most expensive.

While our reviewers did find that Nova White did whiten their teeth on prolonged use, this group was not nearly as bowled over with the results as any of our other groups. The treatment took a bit longer than the others to show definite results, which was unusual since this treatment recommends the longest time for leaving the trays in (1-3 hours).

Additionally, several of our reviewers complained of tooth sensitivity and found the mouth trays bulky and uncomfortable.

While Nova White was not the quickest or cheapest, it did show results, and some reviewers did comment that although they weren’t too happy with it, it did work better than most over the counter ‘tooth strip’ treatments.

Nova White Might be worth considering if you’ve absolutely tried everything else, otherwise you’d be well advised to check out our top three reviews.
